Golf Village is a popular local destination for golf enthusiasts, offering a comprehensive driving range and a challenging 9-hole lighted course. The facility features numerous stalls with both grass tees and rubber mats, catering to different preferences for practice. The friendly and helpful staff contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. While the driving range has seen improvements, including re-sodding, some users feel that the mats could be upgraded, and the current grass area is noted as hard and muddy at times.
Golf Village is praised for its affordable options, such as discounted punch cards for the driving range and inexpensive rates for the 9-hole course, which usually has fewer crowds. This allows for a relaxed experience, where golfers can enjoy their game and even bring along a beverage. However, it is advised to avoid weekends, as the range can become crowded with families and distractions. Additionally, some users have expressed a desire for more left-handed tees.
Overall, Golf Village provides a good range for practice, with accurate yardage and a friendly environment, making it a great spot for golfers looking to improve their skills while enjoying a casual day out. Visitors are encouraged to prepare for mosquitoes if playing in the evening and to consider grabbing a drink at the nearby brewery afterward.
This place was a lot of fun. Sure its not a perfect course, BUT for short game it was definitely fun and challenging. For the price, I totally dig it. I think if they made the greens just a little nicer, dont worry about the fairways, this would be even better!

Used Golfnow for tee time, went to check in and older gentleman said he doesn’t have a computer…. But you pay by card only… What??? So don’t use Golfnow, just show up. Course is very short, cups are extra big. $13 for 9….

I really enjoy coming here and taking advantage of the driving range!! Only downside is that there is not a lot of shade!! Makes it hard to want to come out and enjoy in the summer time without any sort of relief!!
