“Incredible customer service! Took my four grandkids (7,5,3, and 1) to get hiking shoes for the three oldest and some waterproof sandals for the youngest. They can be a handful, but Elizabeth calmly got them all measured up correctly and helped them pick out the shoes they love. A great experience.”
