She walked us from aisle to aisle pointing out the items we would need that we truly would not have thought of. Then we get to the front to check out and Belinda was amazing and took our items out of our basket to scan them at the self checkout! Belinda was a breath of fresh air from others who act like any questions are a bother. Thank you to Belinda and Tooty’”

“Home remodeling, plenty of items and ideas for home improvement. Most associates are helpful and can give advice on you DYI projects. Prices usually on par with the rival Home Depot. My personal downside is they cut veterans discount program where it cant be used on sale items or major appliances.”

“As I was walking down the aisle two friendly customer service representatives came by and asked if I needed any help. Their smiles made me feel welcome and I appreciated their offer. I did need something specific: a three-step ladder with a safety cuff at the bottom. This kind of ladder is important because it helps keep me safe while I'm using it.
After looking around a bit more I finally found exactly what I was looking for. The ladder was just the right size and had the safety features I needed. It felt great to find the right item especially with the help of the friendly staff. It made my shopping experience a lot easier and more pleasant.”
“My boyfriend and me just closed on a new house and I needed a TON of paint! Huge shout out to Brooklyn for directing me in the right direction. I had two nice gentlemen help me at the mix station and reccomend styles. Then Brooklyn was so kind to scan all my cans and help load my cart back up. “Bought and had a front door installed. Quoted, etc. at Wendover / Charlotte location. Jennifer / Tim were very helpful. Had an issue (my fault, not theirs) during installation, and Jennifer went above and beyond to help - and quickly. Also, Yuriy / RF Installations deserves an A+ regarding the entire experience. Superb. In this climate of mostly subpar quality / service I've experienced with many businesses in the last few years, it's refreshing to have had such a GREAT one here.”
“The bearded guy, Ashley, needs a raise and a promotion. I've been there several times over the last few days, and he is the only helpful person in the store. I've witnessed him with other customers, and he helped me solve a plumbing issue even though he is not a plumbing expert. Sad that Lowes doesn't hire more experts anymore and seems to only be hiring kids who don't care if they help you or not.”
“Lowe's is our go to home and gardening store. Not good assistance, young employees act as if you're bothering them when asking for assistance on both sides of Indian Land, SC and NC sides. Not like a Home Depot atmosphere.”
