“Lowes employees on Monday 1/22 were AMAZING! I wish I got their names but everyone I came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. There was an older gentleman, a former landscaper turned Lowes employee, a lady with an English accent I believe plus everyone in the rental department (morning and night). I had to get drainage pipe, rent a bobcat and a truck. Hands down best customer service in a long time!I am doing a backyard renovation and the gentleman that was a former landscaper told me everything, in detail, of what was needed. The older gentleman showed me where every drainage item piece was and the lady showed me how to hook them together. The lady and gentleman in rentals in the afternoon were amazingly kind and patient showing us how everything worked. The gentleman at drop off was very professional and thorough.Y'all should be proud of the amazing staff you have that helped me yesterday! Many thanks to this crew!”

“Went to Lowe's for some wire cutters and was immediately greeted by a lady at the customer service desk. She was very sweet and pointed me to the aisle I needed to go to find them. Although I was in the right area I had trouble narrowing down exactly which one to consider buying. That's when Ashley came by and I received immaculate assistance from him! He showed me the proper size I needed for the job at hand, as well as a pack of filers I didn't initially consider. Overall a quick trip, but very helpful and I will buy from this location again!”

“After calling several places to find a box to return my 75 inch tv Felecia picked up went the extra mile to find a box that would fit my tv! She even held the box by customer service until I got there as it was the last one in stock. Once I got to my car I noticed that the box wouldn't fit in my Camaro. I was about to cry and give as it's been a rough day until I was introduced to ray. Ray went above and beyond to help me strap my box to the car so I can return my tv! “To me, Home Depot has one of the best competitive prices when it comes to the big bucks stores, and this location has been my go-to ever since I moved to this side of town. The customer service is quite good, though there have been a few times I had to wait a little longer in the lumber section due to the shortage of staff to cut some pieces of wood I purchased. Most of the items I want are always available in store.”

“I was searching for peel and stick trim for my peel and stick tile to create a backsplash in the bathroom. The nicest young lady not only lead me to my desired product, but when we discovered that they only had 1 piece of trim in the store, she went online and found 3 other stores, wrote down their addresses, the sku number of the trim, and the amount of stock on hand. Above and beyond the call of duty. So grateful for good customer service and helpfulness. Wish I recall her name from her apron, but hopefully the powers that be will know of whom I am referring. Hats off to the young lady for knowing how to treat a customer!”

“Not a large store, but love the hometown feel! We’ve purchased from pretty much every department and have encountered the most helpful employees! I even came with a list of appliances I wanted from a competitor and the super helpful salesperson ignored where my ‘shopping cart’ was from, looked up each item and found me everything I wanted… at a lower price! Being a daughter, wife and mother of veterans, I’ve always tried to shop at Lowes because of their commitment to those that serve and have served, but my 5 star goes beyond that- this group at the Pineville location is exceptional to work with. I would also like to say that I’ve had to contact the customer service line two times and they were professional, respectful and went above and beyond to help me.”

“I use this Lowes about twice a month for one thing or another. Like most big box stores they've pared the payroll way down. But whenever I can't find assistance I just look the item up on my phone on their website. It pops up with the number in stock, the aisle it's located in, and the specific bay. It's convenient and incidentally that's how the people that work there find an item when you ask for help. Loads of parking. Long hours. No hassle returns. And very dog friendly. I recommend this Lowes.”
