“We traveled to Charlotte from Raleigh only to find we had a flat front driver's side tire. Since my grandson had road hazard with the Mr Tire in Raleigh we looked for one close to where we were. Thank God we found the one in Pineville. Even though it was a holiday and he was short staffed..the manager repaired the tire quickly and not only that he saw that our oil was very low and he gave us enough to make it home safely. All of this was done at NO CHARGE! I highly recommend this business.”

“We had a wonderful experience working with Ryan Wineland at the Tile Shop on Nations Ford. He was very knowledgeable about all of the products, and was able to help us create designs. We did not have a designer for our home, and really relied on Ryan’s expertise to guide us room to room. Being new to home building, we took up a lot of his time and we had to come back for several meetings….throughout the process Ryan was patient and supportive. We love our finished spaces and I’ve gone back a few more times for new projects. I would highly recommend working with Ryan at this location.”
“My boss was quick about sending me to Parrish for my flat tire I just plugged it in my Google maps and I was there. I pulled right up to the bay and Carlos was there to help me Eric in service was awesome these guys were so nice and knowledgeable I got my tire replaced and waited in the truck and they were fast I didn't even get to settle in Carlos had that tire off so fast and even showed me it was a blowout. Bailey showed me I had two more punctures in my other tire and removed them as well these guys were awesome if you need tires for your rig in the Charlotte NC area go see the good people at PTC they will definitely get you right.”

“I went to Cadillac of South Charlotte after almost being humiliated at the Cadillac dealership in Concord. I had previously purchased 6 cars from them and their Chevy dealership in the past. That meant nothing! They offered me a low-ball price on my trade and would not come off their offer. I called a few other dealers afterward. I then I had such a great experience at Cadillac of South Charlotte! Everyone was so very nice and welcoming! I was first greeted by the receptionist and how sweet she was! I was then introduced to the sales manager. He in turn introduced me to Ingrid my my customer/sales representative. What a pleasant young lady! Very knowledgeable and informative. She showed me several vehicles that I was interested in. We test drove them and they then gave me a value on my trade. They gave me a very fair trade I feel. Ingrid showed me all the features of the car and made sure I was comfortable with them before leaving. An overall great feeling of knowing they really care.”
