We’re in about every 2 weeks and they always recognize us, but it was today when we had an elderly lady in front of us who only knew that she was given a gummy having to do with an 8 by her son that I truly had a new appreciation for the quality of the service and the products they provide. The owner walked her through the entire process, taking time to thoroughly explain everything to make her feel comfortable and safe exploring this new concept, and even asked my boyfriend to grab the door for her because he knew it would be heavy for her. He mentioned he didn't see it on the shelf but they had just gotten a delivery.
