“A talented family member helped me complete major maintenance and repairs on my 2016 Chevy Impala at 100,000 miles. However, we couldn’t correct a stubborn “klunk” sound from the front right wheel area when driving over a road bump. After multiple self-help repair actions, I took it to Sanders Automotive on Hwy 15/501. The Sanders mechanic Bucky persistently worked the issue, replaced several components, and finally eliminated the problem. I appreciate his focused efforts, his integrity in billing (credited me for items they previously installed), and the successful repair at an excellent price. I am thankful for Bucky’s determination to correct this frustrating problem and their noteworthy fairness in my billing. My Impala is fully operational and ready for another 100,000 miles.
