I am wildly impressed with the response I received to my previous review. It was professional and directly addressed my concerns. It genuinely feels more like reasoning rather than excuses. They gave their reasoning and politely asked I remove my review and with the level of professionalism and honesty I have no problem changing my review to reflect positively.
First time going to check out the store, hours listed on Google say 7 but the door was locked right in front of me at 6 as I went to walk in. Employee didn’t even give me an apologetic wave or acknowledge that the stores hours are not correct online”

I tried on several, checked in at another retailer, and came back to purchase that first, perfect dress. The quality of these gowns compared to what I found elsewhere is superior, and the prices were amazing-I did get my gown on sale. I also love that they can tailor anything to fit or create a custom gown if needed, which makes each customer experience bespoke. We took it into Fentress to get it resized and to switch out the stones for ones he wanted (for the customization). I just went to pick it up and the ring turned out amazing!
