“I used to take my cars and trucks to other places. To get fixed, however, they always overcharged me. Then I came to this marathon. My 4 wheel drive wasn't working. They got it done within a couple of days and I only take my vehicle back to this place before they do any work. They do tell you Things that are wrong and if it needs to be done, they do call you to let you know it needs to be done. Now it's up to you whether you get it done or not. But these people are extremely nice and professional”

“Typical Gas station. Friendly staff. Clean store and bathroom. Plenty of gas pumps. Convenient for cars and trucks. Plenty of parking. Easily accessible. Coffee, large selection of Snacks, Drinks, Travel items, and Electronics. Well stocked with pricing that matches convenience. Very fast in and out convenient stop.”

“Great price on gas provided you have a Sam's Club membership. Convenient and inexpensive car wash adjoining. Rarely much of a wait for the car wash. The gas pumps often have several cars in line, so occasionally, a wait.”
“Pretty decent place to stop for some gas. Inside could use a bit of work, but is as you would expect. Staff was friendly and was thankful they had multiple bathrooms, even if they were only for a single person. Selection overall was pretty good and gas prices were about average.”

“I was only here for a few days for work assignment with my company, but the little bit of interaction we had was very pleasant and polite. We had a lot to get done, and we appreciated their cooperation with our presents being there. I hear that they are wanting to expand their store, and I look forward to seeing what changes come in the future.”
“I have no idea with the other review is about. I know the owner and he's a simple man, never curses or disrespects customers. If you are causing a problem then that is when he will ask you leave. Despite the outside appearance, its a good store and I always get my gas here.”

“They are very competitive with their gas prices, and things you can order from your car when you pull up to the window to pay for your gas, or pick up drinks or snacks. They have a variety of items you can purchase at good prices that cans give you up to .30 cents off a gallon. I average about .10 cents off a gallon. They have free air around back, and that's also a plus.”

“Their front sidewalk side grass area could beautified with flowers or just be better kept. Often trash is there and in back area of lot. They need to repave their interior lot and keep it cleaner outside in general. Otherwise great place.”

“I've always been treated friendly there. They usually have the lowest gasoline prices in the city, too. Not much of a selection but it's a gas station convenience store. There's an empty space for a restaurant in the building. It originally was Danville's first Quiznos and most recently Primo Pizza. Caution: The right side of the store and parking lot is not very well lit at night.”
“Probably one of the best little mini-marts I have ever been in. The best convenience store in Danville Virginia by far. Top-notch service. The employees always care and help you find just what you are looking for. Also, it stays very neat and clean. Ooh and did I mention it is next to a pizza restaurant? I mean it really can’t get any more convenient than that!! Maybe that is why it’s quoted as the best “Convenient” store in town.? I love you Royal Food Mart don’t ever change. ❤️~ don’t forget to check out all the cool gidget and gadgets by the front counter. I think it changes monthly but it never seems to disappoint~”
