First time here. I had a Genius Bar appointment. If you can make an appointment you should do so. A woman I was sitting next to didn’t have one and at that point was waiting 40 minutes. They took me on time, could not have been any nicer, and helped me with my issue.

Need a little help with parking directions. A bit of construction on Docks that is make it a mess. If you know your way around the experience is much more pleasant. If not, just bu patient and understanding y'all.
