“Went into TenPlus a few weeks ago with a broken MacBook Pro. Justin was very kind and went out of his way to take a look at my computer when I was clearly stressed and unsure of what to do. He was very thorough and informative about what my options were and what my best next steps would be. The team kept me informed on the progress of the repairs and was very transparent about pricing. I got my computer back after two weeks (mostly due to delays in receiving parts), and the computer was as good as new. Great place with great people.”

Home theater installation was fast and clean.
Full surround sound system , drop down movie screen and projector work flawlessly. Speakers were installed flush in the walls and ceiling . They will rattle the windows on the second story from the basement.😏

I was there for a long time trying to fix a technical issue regarding the manager of our family plan account and they were very patient helped me get it all sorted out and working properly, even though I am not very tech saavy. I would not have been able to fix our issue without their help. Excellent customer service. So glad I chose to go to this store!”

The gentleman who answered the phone stayed on the phone with me, looked up the information about the equipment I had, and helped me find a location where the part I needed would be sold. “It is a "good like" My only negative post is that I purchased a phone because mine.was broken and I had to pay full price. It wasn't till I got home that I realized it only had 32gb memory!??!? I have to return it now!.what a hassle”

“I worked with Natasha at this location March 18th and she was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. Sadley the phone I bought is horrible but taking that back tomorrow under there 14 day return policy. I got away from Samsung years ago and now I remember why. They just have bad phones, but this was pretty much all they had with a couple other options. I am not sure why these stores don't keep phone inventory on hand. Natasha was great however and made the entire experience very nice. Thank you! Bobby W.”
