“I came into the store 30 minutes before closing looking for a dress for my rehearsal dinner. Carter (I am 99% sure that was her name) came up and immediately started helping me. She pulled every white dress in my size for me to try on, and I did find the perfect one. Her customer service, as well as the other two women working, was amazing! At other stores, you would never get this level of service so close to closing time, but the team here was great!”

“Best Gap location in the triangle! I normally shop at Southpoint and will exclusively shop at this location because of how kind and attentive they are here. I work in retail and unfortunately retailers do not a lot enough payroll to support all the workload. I came in on 7/12 at 4:40pm and was met with a lovely woman (clearly the manager) who was helping multiple people but still noticed me in line and expedited my return process by directing me to the gap kids side. At the register was, Makila (spelling?), who was so kind and promptly made my return. I cannot express enough how nice these 2 workers were considering how understaffed they were. You could tell they care about their customers and are willing to go above and beyond and maintain a good attitude while multitasking.”
“Shutterbugs has the absolute cutest kids clothes and they always have the best holiday pajamas and holiday occasion outfits. The customer service I received recently was above and beyond and if you are ever looking for heirloom portrait clothing they have beautiful pieces even for boys. I will always return to shutterbugs for the beautiful clothes and the friendly and very helpful shop owners and staff.”
“This store has an excellent, knowledgeable staff. When I walked in every staff member was helping a customer, however, they acknowledged me and said they'd be with me as soon as possible. Adam was the best. He understood what my brother needed. Measured his feet and recommended some shoes based on the design/purpose my brother wanted. Found the perfect shoe !! “Lamb’s Ear is by far the best children’s boutique in town. For every special occasion, every baby gift, or even for fun, I always pop into Lamb’s Ear. The service is top-notch and it has a true mom & pop feel, but with a top of the line look. I recommend this shop to anyone. You won’t walk out empty-handed, I can assure you!”

“Usually has a really good selection of dresses and uniforms. Always double check for holes, stains and missing buttons..sometimes you can find brand new items with tags.. much better selection than the one in Durham…”
