“We went to the Crabtree brooks brothers after going to multiple other stores to look for my fiancés suit for our wedding. This is new territory for us as we are young and have never bought a suit before. Prior to going to brooks brothers we were looked at as stupid from multiple stores and received no help. As soon as we walked into brooks brothers Susan greeted us kindly and was SO HELPFUL. She spent a lot of time finding the perfect suit for my fiancé. We felt respected and that we were taken seriously and she helped us make sure we found the perfect fit for both our wedding and rehearsal dinner. Yuri, the tailor, also came out to make sure we were purchasing the correct size for the best outcome. Susan, you are the best. Will be returning for any future needs we have!”
“Best Gap location in the triangle! I normally shop at Southpoint and will exclusively shop at this location because of how kind and attentive they are here. I work in retail and unfortunately retailers do not a lot enough payroll to support all the workload. I came in on 7/12 at 4:40pm and was met with a lovely woman (clearly the manager) who was helping multiple people but still noticed me in line and expedited my return process by directing me to the gap kids side. At the register was, Makila (spelling?), who was so kind and promptly made my return. I cannot express enough how nice these 2 workers were considering how understaffed they were. You could tell they care about their customers and are willing to go above and beyond and maintain a good attitude while multitasking.”

“Shutterbugs has the absolute cutest kids clothes and they always have the best holiday pajamas and holiday occasion outfits. The customer service I received recently was above and beyond and if you are ever looking for heirloom portrait clothing they have beautiful pieces even for boys. I will always return to shutterbugs for the beautiful clothes and the friendly and very helpful shop owners and staff.”
“This store has an excellent, knowledgeable staff. When I walked in every staff member was helping a customer, however, they acknowledged me and said they'd be with me as soon as possible. Adam was the best. He understood what my brother needed. Measured his feet and recommended some shoes based on the design/purpose my brother wanted. Found the perfect shoe !! He'd been looking for months. I will be back! Thank you so much Adam!!”

“I visited this Childrens place on a Sat an hr before closing. I had hoped to make some exchanges but wasn't able to. Summer stock was pretty much gone. Had another issue I won't go into but the young lady who assisted me was amazing. She was friendly,fast and professional.Her name is Zieara. Sorry if I spelled it wrong but she is an asset to your organization.”

There were so many sales going on but I had to practice restraint. Old Navy is always a great place to go for a solid, long-lasting outfit. It’s a plus that people, like Kaylah, work there and make the experience enjoyable!”

“Lamb’s Ear is by far the best children’s boutique in town. For every special occasion, every baby gift, or even for fun, I always pop into Lamb’s Ear. The service is top-notch and it has a true mom & pop feel, but with a top of the line look. I recommend this shop to anyone. You won’t walk out empty-handed, I can assure you!”
