“First time shopping for running shoes for my husband and myself. We were greeted immediately upon walking in by Luis. My husband went first and the process was quick and easy. Luis listened to my husband's needs and provided multiple good options for him to try. I had much the same experience and appreciated Luis' good conversation throughout as well. Never felt pressured to buy or do anything we didn't want to do. We were also coming close to closing time and he insisted that we should not feel rushed, but of course we made sure wouldn't keep them past closing. Will definitely be back for the next pair and hopefully catch Luis. Thank you Luis!”

“It’s great service when you want to make sure u leave a review. Went in today for an exchange for a show size that was to big that I got from mebane outlet. I had a great experience still from the mebane outlet. I called customer service who offered me a mail in refund Wich was also nice but I asked if I can go to the Crabtree location to exchange and what there options are . And I went expecting the negative experience I’ve gotten at other retailers at the mall in the past that has made me not to want to even shop in Person anymore for shoes . I walked in and I believe Aniya (677743) changed my perception. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and just got it. Both sales ppl were great both locations & im glad I went in person. I also appreciated how she got my style and needs for my work shoes instantly and I bought her first pair she showed me to upgrade Wich were the newer model all blacked out version I got at the outlet and what was even more impressive is her 2nd recommendation that was the first pair that caught my eye when she went to the back to get the size I needed for the new model of my exchange . Her attention to detail was impressive as a salesperson because I even joked about my sneakers being all blacked out I had on today and I said even my car is black with black rims so thanks for noticing my personal choice in style and not wanting even my work shoes to have a different color sole .”

Furthermore I went in yesterday and Alex who was working at the front went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. “I came in looking for a set of dress shoes to pair with a new suit, more for options than to buy. From the moment I entered, Robert greeted me warmly, professionally, and immediately. He asked pointed and insightful questions to really narrow down what I needed versus what I thought I needed. I ended going with the capped Oxford in walnut and matching it with a belt. Sizing was mandatory and much appreciated as I would have picked the totally wrong size in both. The shoes had to be ordered in, I needed a EEE width, and arrived promptly. Shoe care supplies (Care and polish kit, shoe horn, and cedar shoe trees.) were also purchased to protect the investment. I really appreciate the quality of the materials, the attention to detail in manufacture, and the fact their products are made to be rebuilt instead of thrown away. Working with Robert was an absolute joy and I can't wait to stop by again as Allen Edmonds will be my first stop for dress and upscale shoes and accessories from now on.”
