I got a dirty car inside and out. Animal hair. Strong odor of smoke after air freshener spray wore off. Poor condition of wiper blades inserts. Understaffed location. Hertz airport location to this one is like Rolls-Royce vs Yugo

After reading the reviews, I was so apprehensive about going there, but it was a breeze! Granted, I was returning a car, but as soon as I walked in, I was helped, and I was out of there in 5 minutes. I imagine it's harder if you're trying to rent a vehicle, but my experience was smooth as silk!
