I was delayed getting into Raleigh-Durham airport by two hours. This was well past usual business hours but the Hertz team knew I was coming in late and they were there waiting. This is why I rent exclusively from Hertz

I was very pleased renting a car from Hertz.. the booking was easy, the pick up and return was simple. The vehicle was clean and all the representatives was courteous and professional. Hertz will be choice when renting a car again
