“What a wonderful place and delightful staff! You don’t always typically run into this sort of atmosphere in testing facilities, but after being sent from a previous testing facility that was not very welcoming and they couldn’t service me to this clinic, It was obviously the best choice. I was met with smiles at the front door and the whole process was seamless.”
“Very great experience! The staff was very professional and nice. The nurse I had, I can't remember her name but she was very sweet and guided me through all the processes patiently, it was a quick experience as well. I did a pre-employment screening which involved 3 different tests including a drug screening and they got me in and out 1.5 hours which was the quickest thorough turnaround I ever experienced and that was including paperwork. very well structured. My only complaint would be the hearing booth needs more sound proofing and more space but as a whole the experience was great”

“I give everyone I met at Duke urgent care a five star for my last visit the girls at the front desk and everyone that worked in the back was outstanding and kind to me. Best experience I've ever had. Even the doctor deserves a five star and if you know me, you know I never give five stars unless they deserve it.”
“I needed some lab work done. So, I google all locations near me before making a decision on which location to go to by reading all reviews. I've had some bad experiences in the past with Labcorp. I arrive to this particular location due to rave of Keisha in the reviews. Followed the instructions on doing Check In on kiosk. Shortly after checking in. I was called. I asked if she is Keisha(it's not the correct spelling of her name). She confirmed she is. Keisha at this location. Is hands down the absolute best!!! She made everything effortlessly! She posess a spirit of excellence! She will be the reason I return back to this location in the future.”
“Carmen always draws my blood and she is absolutely AMAZING!! I hate looking at my own blood and seeing the needle come in and out of my arm. She always eases my anxiety and is so positive everytime I see her!”
“The labs are drawn at my home, because of my disabilities and the lab techs are absolutely wonderful professionals and people, they give me faith back in humanity. Lab results are quick, turnaround time is very short. I can’t say better things about them except they should be rated A+ plus”

“The location is inside a Walmart and the waiting room is relatively small. However, the staff was quite efficient; I was called in within a few moments of checking in. I was in for a blood draw for a health checkup, and the nurse who took my blood was able to do it painlessly and efficiently. I was in and out in less than five minutes.
The staff there are all friendly and the entire experience was easy and painless.”
“When we have gone the testing is fast and we have gotten results in 24 hours. However, they need to update their hours on Google because they are not always open when Google says they are.”
“I had a very positive experience at this appointment .From the time I checked in at the front desk to my appointment . The imaging technician was professional and kind . She explained the process and told me ahead of time what to expect. She made what can be an awkward procedure more pleasant . Be prepared to wait a little longer as the imaging dept shares the office with a lab as well.”

“Quick, in and out. I visited January 23rd, right before 5pm and the staff was helpful, swift and efficient to get my visit taken care of. I TREMENDOUSLY appreciate that I was seen regardless of it being around 10-15 min before closing, but also wish the staff member engaged a little more when I tried asking a question and perhaps had an actual conversation with me instead of being dead silent ….?”
