Customer Service is horrible! I have a Motorola MA1 Android Auto Plug-in usb adapter that's stopped working and will not reset. It's still under warranty, and I've been trying for several days to speak with someone in the Motorola company with absolutely no luck.

The building had no name on it. The doors were locked. No cars anywhere in parking lot. I do not think there is any Motorola Corp on Arco Road or Brier Creek. The phone 919 rang busy.
