“These guys are great. I bought a "messy" phone from some shady shop at the interesection of Atlantic and Spring Forest which was only partially setup (they hadn't updated the ROM correctly). Page Plus on hillsborough diagnosed the problem then gave me good options for resolving it on my own, or paying for solution. Thumbs up for that. A yr later when my fam needed an additional phone I went straight to Page Plus since I have high confidence in them.”

There were some technical (port number) issues on the Verizon side, but Mark was able to herd cats and coordinate with Verizon, T-Mobile , the 4 family members on my plan and folks at the Garner T-Mobile Kiosk to get us transitioned. “I have been a customer at this CPR store at Holly Park in Raleigh, NC for a few years. They are equally skilled at repairing both big and small phone and computer issues: they've recovered data from my laptop's hard drive; put on a new protective covering for my cell phone's screen; removed an obstruction in my phone's charging port preventing it from properly charging; updated my computer's operating system from Widows 10 to 11; and, diagnosed and resolved a variety of computer issues ranging from keyboard to video display problems as well as larger system issues. In short, I've brought all kinds of phone or computer problems to them and I haven't brought one yet that they couldn't fix. In addition, to their skill at repairing phones and computers, their professionalism and courtesy are excellent. They truly treat their customers with kindness and respect as shown, for example, by their very freely dispensing with advice and recommendations for how best to use, or use better, or safer, my phone or computer. In short, I cannot recommend this CPR store at Holly Park in Raleigh high enough for all your cell phone and computer issues!”
