“This was the first container I had ever bought and didn't know much about the product and procedures. Dani was very helpful answering questions and explaining things. My wife and I were even able to go to their lot and look at their inventory.
There was a hiccup on delivery day (flat-tire) but it was communicated to me early. These things happen, so no biggie. The driver, Mike, really took his time and helped me get the container set in the place I wanted.
Overall, communication was great, the phone was always picked up if I called. The product is as advertised and the delivery experience was great. Highly recommend!”
“I want to shout out Steven for being a great store manager! Every time I interact with him, he always super helpful, respectful, and pleasant. He really goes above and beyond for this location. I had an issue with my lock not working/opening even with the correct set of keys and needed to get into my unit urgently. He stopped what he was doing to come help me access my unit promptly and was super kind the entire time. He went out of his way to help a customer and I am SUPER grateful for him and his help. Came pretty late in the day pretty much right at closing time for the place to rent a storage unit, but this guy didn't seem mad or anything about someone coming in at the very last minute. He was willing to help me out and showed me some units that would work best for me. The dude never once tried to rush and get me out of there as quick as possible, he took his time to explain everything and I liked that. Overall, great place and great manager.”

They asked where we wanted each piece of furniture to ensure they placed everything exactly where we wanted it, and took extra care with the boxes labeled as fragile (I have never actually had a moving company pay attention to that). We will absolutely use their services again for moving needs in the future!”

We’ve worked with Dogwood Moving Company several times, and they’ve consistently exceeded our expectations. When we needed junk hauled away, Connor and Pablo made it seem effortless. They tackled our attic storage unit and carried down heavy items from three stories high without a hitch. Their efficiency, combined with a very reasonable price, left us beyond impressed.
