The Best Ross as far as I’ve seen in NC was in Raleigh! So clean & clothing were easily accessible! Friendly staff & cashiers. Everything was neatly arranged & organized.

The store is fine the only problem I have is that it always smells like pot and not just a little it's like someone is walking around the store with a backpack full of it
