“Experienced some really great customer service by Tyler (store manager) at this location! I purchased 5 gift cards worth $125 that apparently were compromised. The people who were gifted these cards came in letting him know that the balance was zero and could not be used. I connected with him regarding this issue and he escalated it to corporate very quickly and kept in touch with me along the way. He resolved the issue and gave me my money back and I was able to gift the funds back to the original recipients. Gift cards can make things more complicated and less likely for resolution since third parties are involved, but he figured out a way to make it right. I am very grateful for his help and desire to find a solution that was quick and made everyone happy. Thank you Tyler!”

“Overall pretty good store in my experience, and for real I bought a few Hawaiian shirts, and men's graphic tees in the past, and they were awesome. I bought a black PlayStation t shirt with chrome written on it. The variety of men's clothes are pretty good there, and I think that Marshall's can have more diverse clothing in my opinion. Can't wait to try some new t shirts next time I come to this beautiful place.”
“It's super hard to find a navy blue skirt these days. Belks at Crabtree Valley Mall had one in my size. The only one navy blue skirt in the entire store! Triangle Town Center didn't.”
“This Belk has an outlet store! 2nd floor is an original Belk. You have to park on the first level or go down the escalator in the main mall to get to the 1st floor of the store. First Floor is all outlet prices items. Almost identical to the upstairs store. Huge dress selection!”
“The prices are steep but I do love the mark down section I didn't know they had one because I don't shop there to high for my blood but since I know they have a mark down section with good prices I will be going there now”

“Store has a ton of Doc Martens for about $50 and up. Lots of women's size 7 and a few men's 10s and 11s. None in my size unfortunately. However all their Halloween items are on clearance. I snagged some cauldron shaped salt and pepper shakers for .49 cents! They still had some halloween cookie jars, cake molds and blankets gets left.
Staff very friendly too. A good visit.”
“I have shopped at Belk at the Garner Station location several times. My favorite cashier is Jane who works at the cosmetic department. She has a wonderful personality and always has a slime in her voice that makes me smile too! I give her five stars because that’s the most you provide, but she deserves ten stars!”
“Really quaint store in the mall with lots of fun collectibles, puzzles, activities and DIY items. The little setups were so fantastic and everything was very reasonably priced. “This store gives me joy every time I step in! The employees always go above and beyond to assist with EVERY single need! On my most recent visit, I was on the prowl for a shoe and a size 12! Ladies with big feet, gather here! I showed Amanda a picture of my dress and she immediately helped me find a shoe that matched perfectly. The only problem was the shoe was not available at the location, Amanda,Jemeisha, and Jasmine assisted me in placing the order. They literally scanned the barcode of the shoe, made sure it was the correct item, printed a list of the stores that had the shoe in stock which was only two in the entire country, and helped me track down the shoe! I am so grateful for this team and all of the effort they put into helping me put my perfect outfit together. Also, if you need help with styling and outfit, I have worked with Jackie at this location who is also phenomenal. I cannot say enough nice things about this store. Even the merchandising team is pleasant to work with, and they ensure that the prices are correct. If you are looking for a place to buy the perfect outfit, buy housewares, buy fragrance at a really good price, I would 100% recommend this location. This is the only place that I go to in the triangle.”

“I frequently visited that store in search of discounted apparel, specifically those six-pack black V-neck tees. Occasionally, I would purchase batches of graphic shirts featuring eccentric designs or slogans, but I eventually realized those days were behind me. I reverted to the black V-neck; it is slimming and avoids the perception of immaturity among my peers. Now that I have passed the half-century mark, I find that my choice of attire matters less, provided it is respectable. I continue to wear cologne—not for dates, but for myself—even though I feel like a twenty-something trapped in a fifty-year-old’s body.
In recent years, the inventory at this store has dwindled. Whether due to the surge in the immigrant population or other shifts in demand, the clearance racks are stripped bare instantly. Consequently, I rarely visit anymore. Material possessions are not sustenance, and I have come to accept that a polished appearance no longer draws public attention. Ironically, it is only the hackers—consistently attempting to breach my email, banking, and Apple accounts via mobile verification codes—who seem to remind me that I still possess something of value.”

“One of my go to places. Loads of variety of clothing for almost all ages. Wish they would have more clothes for kids. Specially for ages that are over age of 5.
They have as soon on tv items, seasonal items and blankets are so comfy and the price is great. Can't get things for that price.
Returns are quick and easy. No hassle.”
