I'm new to Raleigh decided to visit this Ross was shocked that they have a person checking receipts like Walmart. I mentioned that I had never seen this at a Ross the girl doing security said in a rude tone that it's ok if you don't like.
Happy this is not the only Ross in Raleigh.
