The service was great, first visit the tech advised the crack in windshield could not be fixed the whole windshield had to be replaced, new appointment scheduled for a couple of days after. Very satisfied with the service, highly recommend.

Making the appointment, changing the appointment, dropping the vehicle off, picking it up. Everything was simple. Only advice - drop your vehicle off if you can (at least at the business park location in Raleigh, NC) as there really is nowhere to sit except a row of chairs.
