Self-Help Credit Union offers amazing customer service, with staff like Tristin the Assistant Branch Manager who is patient and willing to help get a loan to payoff a credit card. Universal Banker, Rashonda Horne, made the membership process smooth and quick. The credit union provides superior customer service, great CD and money-market rates, and an awesome mission of creating and protecting ownership and economic opportunity for all, especially people of color, women, rural residents, and low-wealth families and communities. While money is earning interest, it is doing good for others. Self Help Credit Union rocks.

    Amazing customer service!! Special thanks to Tristin the Assistant Branch Manager, he helped me get a loan to payoff my credit card and even thought it took days and fighting with my cc bank he was so patient and willing to help me. 10/10 would recommend!!
