“We have been renting this storage for almost a year now. The prices are great, and the customer staff are friendly and will help you right away when you have a problem. The gates have automatic and safe locks. It is a great place to store your items for a good price. You can also store cars and trucks with them.”
“Leaving this review to note that after hours drop offs are NOT allowed at this location despite us being told they are when we picked up our one way rental from Chicago. I would give less stars, but our overall experience with Penske was so great. We called the 1-800 number when we couldn’t drop off the truck and they routed us to a different location.”

“I think the staff at this location are a solid 5. Really helpful and very friendly. I give the facility a 4 because communication has been a little challenging with drop offs and some important details that should have been easily accessible in their computer were not followed through on. What you relay to one staff member mat not make it to the next person who comes on their shift creating a little confusion. That's my only criticism. I recommend this place.”

“My truck went down and I was having a tough time finding a rental truck last minute. I walked in to be helped right away by a very nice young lady ( I believe her name was Eliza). She got me into a sizable pick up right away and saved my day. I’ll be recommending this location to all my associates.”
“While at sheetz on Millbrook and green rd. This person pulled up in this ryder truck. The driver proceeded to throw a water bottle, a takeout container, and other small pieces of trash out of the truck window. This is the perfect example of how people have no respect for anything or anyone. I hope ryder will run the truck number and have a talk with this driver about how to be a decent human being. Also as if littering was bad enough the driver was happy to wave for the pictures of him littering.Updated review! Huge shout out to ryder of Raleigh for replying and addressing this issue. Please note my review is not for ryder themselves as they just provide the vehicle. Thanks again! Let's all keep our wonderful environment as clean as possible!”

“I don’t know why this place has such a bad rep. The service is run through the gas station and the attendant was very efficient and helpful. No issues with the truck whatsoever and the pricing was very competitive for the distance of the move I completed (Raleigh->Randleman->Greensboro). Definitely my new go to for rental needs.PS: The reviews that talk about the place being scary need to touch grass”

“I reserved a utility dolly and there wasn’t one available when I arrived to pick up my truck. The company policy is that there is no guarantee for availability. I think that this should be changed because I was expecting a dolly for my move and this was an inconvenience.
On another note. The customer service was excellent. The two ladies that were working in the office were amazing. I’ll go back to that location from here on out just so I can work with them. They provide a friendly atmosphere and great customer service.”

“Nathan is just awesome! Came pretty late in the day pretty much right at closing time for the place to rent a storage unit, but this guy didn't seem mad or anything about someone coming in at the very last minute. He was willing to help me out and showed me some units that would work best for me. The dude never once tried to rush and get me out of there as quick as possible, he took his time to explain everything and I liked that. Overall, great place and great manager.”
