But my concerns were unfounded. They did a fabulous job with my detail. I have had similar services at a few other detailers in the area and none were so thorough. The car is spotless inside and out. “These guys are the best! I looked around for quite some time for someone to power coat my rims. These guys were the only ones around that could handle it all. They removed the tires, did a great job on the rims and remounted and balanced the tires after. The end result is rims with nearly 100k miles that look basically brand new. I’d recommend and use them again in a second!”
“Jake and Lee were great to work with and showed up on time. We used them on our Cadillac Escalade for their Complete 2 stage service. They ran out of time because of how much had to be cleaned (lots of dog hair) and buffing the outside. They came back to finish the top of the Escalade and we also had them do the same service to the Audi A8. We definitely will utilize their services again and recommend.”

He was more than professional and kind and caring to listen to what I wanted for my truck.. I just bought my vehicle about six months ago. It’s never been detailed and I just moved to North Carolina from New York and Tracy is the bomb. my jeep is looking like it was first bought ! After he did my vehicle, I asked him to do another one that I had at the house a Volkswagen. That means a lot to me and my dad passed away. He’s amazing !!

“My son was in Raleigh visiting his girlfriend that goes to NC State. He had a light come on his dashboard that could have had several causes from simple to very complex. My son is 19 and we are from Pennsylvania. He could have been easily taken advantage of in this situation. Not the case with Mac’s. I read previous reviews before having my vehicle serviced. I was very pleasantly surprised and happily satisfied.
I was greeted with professionalism and they fully understood my concerns. My front passenger seatback had to be corrected on how the leather was not fully tucked to the contour of the seat. JB's craftsmanship was on point...everything was entirely corrected. Also, they did a full vehicle walk-around inspection to ensure the vehicle would be returned without any damage incurred by their team...great QC (Quality Control) feature. Needless to say, JB Auto Upholstery has become my go-to crew!”

“I have been using this car wash service with a monthly membership since they opened on Six Forks and Strickland Roads in Raleigh....maybe about 4 years? I think it is well worth the money as I can get my car washed, they have great car vacuums, clean hand towels to get the last bit of water off my car. Also, an automated cleaner for car mats. Nkt only this, but I can get my car washed many times a week if so desired. The place is well run, pleasant staff and clean facility. I highly recommend!”
