Jackson at the Six Forks/Strickland location was thorough, friendly, and patient today with a request I had that generated a lot of tedious work for him. I was impressed with and thankful for his professionalism.

Dreadful banking experience. This branch is OK, but the bank as a whole is awful. I cannot wait to close these accounts and go to a more friendly, customer service oriented bank. Avoid at all costs.
