“I’ve always loved this Belk, unfortunately, I will not be returning again. The man that is a manager had kicked my elderly grandmother out, due to her being loud with him. SHE IS NEAR DEAF! Hearing aids do not hardly work for her anymore. Communication is easy if you talk loudly and understand she is not giving an attitude. She talks loudly, she vocalized this to him. He did not care. She went to get help from someone else since he wouldn’t help her. He than proceeded to tell her to leave because he was the manager and no one else would help. She already doesn’t like to leave her house anymore due to not being able to hear anyone and embarrassment. People catch attitudes with her and everything. This is so unfortunate! (I only put a 4 star in hopes this review goes higher up to be seen at the top, I would leave negative 5 if it were possible).”

“I had such a wonderful shopping experience at this Tractor Supply! Serenity offered such a pleasant welcome as soon as my mother and I walked into the store. I was delighted to find the size 9mo baby Carhartt overalls that my mom and I have been looking for! We also found the perfect onesie top to match. My boyfriend was so excited when I sent him the picture and told him about the cute outfits in stock for our baby! At checkout, Serenity was very kind and explained the rewards and benefits available for my mom as a loyal customer. It made me very happy to know that my mom would receive excellent customer service whenever she shops here. There was another employee working today who was extremely pleasant as well and made us laugh when looking at the baby chicks. I did not catch his name, but we greatly appreciate his customer care as well!”

“August 6, 2025, I was traveling from Virginia Beach and it was brought to my attention my car needed new tires. I purchased tires and the job was completed 5:22.

My bank had issues recognizing me and my debit card.

Starting about 5:30 I tried, according to my receipt 22 times to process my payment.
I ended up speaking with Wells Fargo Fraud department twice to prove who I was.

Finally at 6:44 Wells Fargo recognized my card.

Through this whole catastrophic ordeal CARLOS BLACKWELL JR stayed with me.
Carlos has patience and ability to understand and read a person when they are stressed which kept me grounded. I'm 79 and beyond stressed!

I wish Walmart Mart had the ability to hire more employees with his attitude. I certainly pushed him to his attitude limit.

I expect Wal Mart to place this review in his personnel record.

“Greeted when I walked in. One of the cleanest well organized stores I have been in. They are located inside an old shopping mall which makes it look closed. But once you walk in the store doors it opens up into a huge space.”

“One on the cleanest, we'll stocked DG in Reidsville!! I go about every Saturday and in their busiest time, they are still clean! They moved across the road from food Lion and google has not updated the address but it's not hard to locate.”
