“I went to this store extremely upset regarding something that happened to my phone. Immediately upon entering the store, I see Ms. Lakita Anderson. Her presence instantly calmed me down. After explaining my problem, she informed me that I wasn't the only one having this problem. Ms. Kita tried to fix the problem on her own and even asked her manager and other reps for help. When no one in the store could help, she sat on the phone with not one but two different companies trying to get my problem fixed. After an hour or so, my phone was fixed and I cannot stress enough how grateful I am to all of the employees and the manager at the Roanoke Rapids location foe today. I truly appreciated everyone jumping in to try, and assist me today. Great job!”
