“I want to recognize your employee, Joel, at the Salisbury NC location on Fairson Ave for his excellent customer experience today. I had to exchange a battery and have the alternator tested. Joel checked the alternator and assured me it was functioning correctly. He was quick and friendly. I truly appreciate all his help today”
