“There are not enough stars to express how I feel about this AutoZone store in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. I broke down on the highway and was literally stuck at the rest area 4 miles away from them and Cheryl, the Manager and her staff, which includes Scott, Sherry, Bill, Elbert and Christine, took absolute care of me. They literally brought everything I needed to me at the Nash County rest area along the highway. I am forever in their debt. They were all true guardian angels. “Could not believe the quality and delicacy performed with an engine purchase a week or two ago. I believe warehouse storage by the low corrosion and very little rust, no broken connectors, no cut harnesses or hoses. Absolutely recommended with the prices affiliated. I understand used parts and little to no guarantee, but hands down was an absolute find for me and hopeful future purchases for businesses. I have no issues picking up parts or engines myself”

He fit me in the day after I called, which was great because every other body shop I called was booked until late January/February. “My experience here was amazing!! Talk about southern hospitality! I just moved here from Dallas. I've experienced so many lack luster unprofessional places since moving here to Rocky Mount. The staff at this Rocky Mount location made me feel so much better. My starter went out. Ms Keyunna called her personal mechanic, even had several lifelong customers jump in to help! Not to mention the possible theft insident at this location which is in a not so great area. Even with all of this going on, never once did they miss a beat!! They need some sort of merit raise for always going above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable. Honor this staff here!! By giving them their due public recognition.”
