About Hertz Car Rental - Rocky Mount - Wesleyan HLE
Hertz Car Rental at the Rocky Mount - Wesleyan HLE location receives mixed reviews highlighting both significant customer service strengths and some operational inconsistencies. Several customers report excellent, friendly, and professional service, with staff described as going above and beyond. Specific instances include employees patiently waiting for delayed customers, efficiently managing turnover, and thoughtfully assisting with parking. One reviewer was pleasantly surprised with a vehicle upgrade.
However, other experiences were less smooth. One customer arrived to find their reservation unprepared, resulting in receiving a smaller vehicle than booked which did not suit their needs. Another noted an error with the rental funds required, despite finding the agent pleasant and helpful. The location offers a variety of vehicles, including luxury cars, SUVs, and electric models.
