“I had an excellent experience at Cricket Wireless in Rocky Mount, NC. The level of customer service truly stood out, and that’s largely thanks to Jacqueline and Tania.
Both Jacqueline and Tania demonstrated a high level of professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine care for the customer experience. They took the time to thoroughly explain my options, ensured I understood everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
What really impressed me was their patience and attention to detail—they didn’t rush the interaction and made sure I left confident in my decision. That kind of service is rare and deserves recognition.
If you’re visiting this location, I highly recommend asking for Jacqueline or Tania. They set the standard for what great customer service should look like.”
