Sunset Computer Techs is a father and son company that fixes computers and phones. They are extremely talented, knowledgeable, and super nice with a very pleasant demeanor. They provide great customer service in a comfortable, clean, and friendly environment. They repair wonky and slow computers, broken screens, charging issues, and viruses. Service is very quick, often completed in a short amount of time or even minutes, with a quick turnaround. They are honest, sometimes fixing issues like a dirty charging port without charging anything. Before factory resets, they ensure customers have their login info. Customers are very satisfied, highly recommend them, and report their devices working perfectly afterward.
My computer was very wonky & slow. This father & son company are extremely talented. I dropped it off early morning and in a very short amount of time I went to pick it up. My computer is faster than when I blink...love these gentlemen. And, their demeanor is very pleasant, as well.

Went in for a screen repair. Phone was dropped and screen no longer came on. Got a price quote and accepted. Dropped my phone off on a Friday, parts came in on Monday and picked up on Tuesday. Quick turn around, great customer service. Has no issues on this visit, very pleased with the overall outcome.
