“I had a door window broken out. Insurance said it was less than my deductible. Relentless Collision found the window also damaged the paint and some of the interior that could not be seen on the insurance Mobil video vehicle walk around they had me do. Relentless Collision worked with my insurance and received the full amount to fix everything. They kept me informed along the way and it took less than 2 weeks from drop off to pickup.
In that time they ordered and waited for parts, filed supplementary damage with my insurance, cleaned all the glass, reinstalled everything and painted the whole door. I AM 100% A HAPPY CUSTOMER.
If I ever have a problem with any of my other vehicles I’m coming here.”

“I have been meaning to leave a review since last week. I came into AutoZone just to see if I could get some help, And there was a young man there if I am remembering correctly his name is Jamal. He was so knowledgeable about the Big issue (which was actually very minor lol) I was having. I went in with the mind set of everything was wrong. Not only did he let me vent and actually listen to what I thought was going on he figured out what I actually needed. I have been to other places and they try and sell you everything in the store, but he didnt he lead me in the right direction to what I needed and not what he wanted to have. I greatly appreciate the honesty the knowledge, and the help that I received. I live in Raleigh but ill make tht trip back to Roseville just to receive help from that employee. Thank you so much!!!”
