When I was having problems with it (which, admittedly, were completely user error), they took a look at it and showed me how to use it for no additional charge. “Very nice, small business owned by a couple skilled in their craft. Had a ring repaired that was previously sized and ruined by an amateur. The person they have fixing jewelry is a master and fixed the band like new. Several lost diamond chips were also replaced. And to top it off, their prices are very reasonable.
