“Consistently Exceptional – Best Post Office I’ve Ever Been To!
I visit this post office regularly, and every time, I’m impressed. It’s not just good service once, it’s consistently professional, friendly, and efficient. You walk in expecting a routine errand and walk out feeling like a valued customer.
Two people in particular always stand out: Jessica and Ilaka. Their combined professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail make every visit a pleasure. Whether it’s handling a complicated shipment or just offering a friendly greeting, they make the experience smooth, respectful, and even enjoyable.
This team is a credit to the USPS. Other locations should take notes, this is how a post office should run.

“Enjoying a late lunch. It's not too crowded because of the time but our server is attentive and helpful. I enjoyed the Chicken Cobb with and adult beverage and my husband had the Double smashed bacon burger with chips with a Red Oak beer. All really good. It's always too cold inside and lighting is too dark for my liking but everything else is good.”

“There only one older lady who’d been working there by herself for 3 days so far and yet was still super sweet! I think people are way too hard and impatient on the few people who work there.
It's not an easy job. When I tried applying there to help out USPS wasn't hiring.”
“I went to this post office location for a passport appointment and was waited on by Kia. She advised me I needed my wedding certificate to show my name change. She not only directed me to where I could go to obtain that document, same day, but told me I could come back, same day, to finalize my passport application. She knew what an inconvenience it would have been to have to completely reschedule my appointment so she made sure I knew I could come back. I was able to obtain the document, went back to see Kia and finished the application (all total with drive to Holden Road in Wake Forest and back, it took less than an hour)! She was really friendly and efficient as well! Thank you Kia!”

“My 90 year old grandmother sent four packages internationally. Due to her shaky handwriting, all packages had address errors. Thankfully, with the tracking numbers, Wake Forest postal workers were able to help track down all four boxes and get them delivered. It took over a week to get everything to us but they were so patient and helpful during the whole ordeal!! Thank you so much for helping us out!”

“UPDATE: BEEN TRYING THIS BRANCH AGAIN RECENTLY DUE TO GAS PRICES MAKING ME DECIDE AGAINST LONGER DRIVE TO ANOTHER TOWN. STAFF AND SERVICE IS GOOD NOWADAYS. CRABBY LADY THAT WAS THERE SEEMS TO HAVE MOVED ON. GOOD.
OLDER UPDATE: Well after many months -- I have been there twice on a Saturday morning shipping stuff and everything went smoothly. Maybe the rude lady doesn't work on Saturday anymore -- works for me.”
