“What an experience for the books! I would've never believed that I would be one to associate the words: fun, entertaining, easy, simple and stress-free to applying for a passport. Trina and Michelle are absolute rockstar at all they do. I have never seen two people juggle the front end work load of regular day-to-day post office needs (i.e. - getting packages properly mailed out, helping customers with a P.O. Box, receiving new batch of mail for sorting, customers that need stamps, answering package delivery questions and providing options, etc) while tending to four passport applications simultaneously. Not only were they personable, fun and friendly, they were witty, expeditious and smart. Michelle took our passport photos and took the time to show us the results to ensure we liked the photos. Trina multitasked working and interacting with my bouncy, little one. The Wendell branch definitely is a 5-star experience because of these two fantastic women. They knew the names of their local neighbors and welcomed everyone warmly. Their funny exchanges with each other and customers were absolutely refreshing. Highly recommend anyone who needs any postal services from anywhere to come to this location. There are several postal branches near me, but after reading their reviews and now first hand experience, just save yourselves the grief and make the drive to this branch. You will not regret it.”

“I visited for the first time the other day to use the USPS services that is inside the hardware shop. (This review is mainly for the post office inside). I was immediately greeted by the four employees up front. It was a rainy day and I was the only customer. They directed me to the USPS area in the back. This was THE BEST post office visit I have ever had!! There was no line at all. Service was super quick, I was in and out of the building in less than 5 minutes. I also love that they close at 4pm on Saturdays because honestly, it's tough making the cutoff time early on Saturdays! When leaving, I was wished a good day by the same employees. I will be a returning customer for this USPS location and maybe take a look around the hardware store next time.”

“Saved time and money. Went in with my USPS "if it fits it ships" box. Fist off, no line like at the post office. Was recommended to change to another courier with different packaging. With the change, cost went from over $29 to under $14, including a new box. Delivery was a day faster too. Fantastic savings, great place.”

“I've consistently had a stellar experience with the United States Postal Service in Raleigh. Whether it's mailing out packages, receiving shipments, or simply buying stamps, their efficiency and professionalism never cease to amaze me. The staff is always approachable, knowledgeable, and willing to assist with any queries or concerns. The location is also very convenient ( near to Harris Teeter ).Kudos to the entire team for their dedication and hard work!”

“I’m not sure of the woman’s name that is working today, but she is the nicest woman I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. She took the time to call me and tell me about my package being sent somewhere in Montana instead of my address, then, when it finally came back to Youngsville, she called me that morning to let me know it had made its way back and wanted to make sure it wasn’t a scam. I can’t believe how nice she was. I appreciate that so very much because I haven’t came across people like her in a while. Thank you ma’am if you read this ❤️”

“Synopsis: Good people exist everywhere and the post office is no different.Had some packages that were sent to the wrong address and needed to stop by the post office in Wake Forest to sort it out. Lloyd took 25 minutes and not only resolved my problem but made sure I left the post office with one of the two packages and enabled me to pick up one that was out for delivery the next day.Superb team at the WF location and I am eternally grateful for their effort to fix some errors on the part of the company shipping my goods. Great outcome to a very stressful event.5 Postal Stars out of 5!”
