“I have shopped at this boutique for yearsss. This is hands down my favorite boutique in Raleigh! The owner, Tyshineak, is so sweet and always goes above and beyond to help you find the perfect outfit. She really knows fashion and makes it fun and easy to put a look together. The boutique always has the latest styles at affordable prices, whether you’re shopping for workout gear, a night out, or just something cute for everyday wear. She even has two and three piece sets in different colors that are perfect for this fall season—and they’re on sale! Get you one (or three ?). I never leave empty-handed because the styles and prices are too good to pass up. Highly recommend!”

“really nice associate at the front checkout area however what I am aggravated with is there’s no signage up for returns when you come into the building so there should be a sign right up at the cashier saying returns because that’s the place where you do returns I went to the all the way to the back waited a 25 minute line at the AMAZON desk not realizing since it says returns on one sign at Amazon on the bottom, but it was all one thing it’s just Amazon return. I should’ve understood that, butthey should have clear signage up. They don’t.”

“This store is on the smaller side, but I was very impressed with the variety of clothing to choose from. Staff is kind and friendly! I love coming here every once in a while to browse and pick up some nicer clothes. The clothing here is really nice quality, and I love to see the different designs. There’s also jewelry, and the changing rooms are comfortable to change in with mirrors inside.”

“If anyone is needing a shop for personalized embroidery, please check out Carolina Clover! I just got my baby girls newborn gown embroidered by her and she was SO helpful!! She’s located at “The Cotton Company” in downtown WF.
I showed up and didn’t see a color that I had in mind and Tamara (the owner) immediately said “I’ll go to the store and get a color that you like better.” She totally did not have to do that and I was so grateful. The next day she sent me pics of the colors (multiple!🥹) she got & I felt so bad because it still wasn’t what I had in mind.
She assured me that this is for my baby’s coming home outfit and she wanted it to be perfect, so she went BACK to a different store and color matched the exact color I wanted. I was so in awe of her kindness and how excited she seemed for my girl to wear it🩷
She texted me the next day that it was ready and I can’t wait to send her a pic of my babe in it!”

“It's a Ross so most of the product is run down for one reason or another. This location I one of the cleaner ones I've seen and it still feels messy. Folks here are fine service is standard, but the amount of broken or damaged products on shelves is a little excessive sometimes.
No one wants to buy half a box of spaghetti noodles for a dollar off.”
“I cannot say enough amazing things about Lily Mae’s. The customer service alone is unmatched, but the selection of gifts and everyday wear makes it my absolute go to!
I recently stopped in with only 15 minutes between work calls, needing a birthday gift and two hostess gifts. I was in a panic—and Angela Grace completely saved the day. She smiled, said “be right back,” and within minutes had the perfect options pulled together, ready to purchase and beautifully wrapped. I was in and out in under 10 minutes and back to work stress-free.
This isn’t a one-time experience either - this level of service happens every time, whether it’s me or my girls shopping. Angela truly feels like our personal shopper, and she is consistently the best.
The entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about making your experience easy and enjoyable. It’s honestly the only place I shop because of it.

“I’ve bought all sorts of things over the years from casual pieces, work wear, jewelry and shoes. They have an awesome collection of handbags that I’ll buy some day. Items range in price from semi high to dirt cheap (the prices fall the longer they’re there). Owners are nice and staff are friendly.”

“I recently received a request to rate my visit to Talbots at Triangle Town Center on Dec 17, 2024. It asked for info from the receipt which I no longer have…. corporate that is just a silly way to request a review!
Anyhow here is my review: I love this store. The women there are ALWAYS friendly, kind and helpful…. ALWAYS! I have been to all of the Talbots stores in the Triangle area and although Triangle Town Center is not my favorite mall, I will always choose this Talbots.”

“I had a wonderful experience at store 604, and I especially want to recognize the associate who helped me. Her name is Deborah, she was extremely helpful , friendly, patient and knowledgeable.
She took the time to make sure I had everything I needed and made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable.
It’s not often that you come across someone who genuinely takes pride in providing excellent customer service, but she definitely did. Her positive attitude and professionalism as well as her very neat dress code stood out to me, she is a great asset to the store, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service she provided I will definitely be returning!!

“Experienced some really great customer service by Tyler (store manager) at this location! I purchased 5 gift cards worth $125 that apparently were compromised. The people who were gifted these cards came in letting him know that the balance was zero and could not be used. I connected with him regarding this issue and he escalated it to corporate very quickly and kept in touch with me along the way. He resolved the issue and gave me my money back and I was able to gift the funds back to the original recipients. Gift cards can make things more complicated and less likely for resolution since third parties are involved, but he figured out a way to make it right. I am very grateful for his help and desire to find a solution that was quick and made everyone happy. Thank you Tyler!”
“I personally love the store, great prices, discounts, and you even get 20% off your entire order(only if you text the number on the mirrors), Staff is very helpful and look out for each other, I also heard they’re hiring and honestly the metal health state is very very good for any teens who are looking for jobs. I may be a guy but I love the way their women's coconut rush & gum drop fragrances smell, as well as the cedar and hemp cologne!! I 100% recommend you stop by if you’re in the area, you’ll love it(also I was told letter codes don’t work in-store, just online only)”
“We went to this Express today and had a great experience with the sales associate Devontae (I may have misspelled his name). He was absolutely wonderful and deserves to be recognized for his positive attitude and willingness to help us from start to finish! He even took a shirt off the mannequin for us that we wanted to buy. He was extremely pleasant and even helped us save at checkout. The store was great, the clothes were great, but the employee made our experience ten times better!”
“On Saturday, July 11th, my friend and I purchased items at this Cato’s location. Per usual, the store had an excellent sale and therefore we were able to purchase multiple items at a great price.
The next day, I began to unpack the clothes and jewelry that I purchased. However, I noticed that my favorite pair of earrings was not in the bag. In my home, I searched multiple areas trying to locate that particular item. Finally, I called the store and explained the issue. I spoke to a friendly, kind, professional, and attentive employee by the name of Sochail. She obtained the item number that I provided from the receipt and searched the check out area. However, the earrings were not located. She then utilized the previous information to look up the item in the system. Sochail took the time to search for the item on the jewelry rack. She then requested to place the call on hold, so that she could discuss the issue with her manager. Carol, introduced herself and proceeded to explain then protocol to resolve the issue. She was also extremely professional and kind. Carol, requested that I call back the next day. This would allow her time to discuss the issue with the sales associate.
After the called ended, I began searching for the item again. It was located and I immediately called the store. Carol, answered the phone and I informed her that the earrings had been found. I apologized for any inconvenience that I caused her and Sochail.
Based upon my interactions with the employees, the prices of the clothes and jewelry, I highly recommend this store.
