Items range in price from semi high to dirt cheap (the prices fall the longer they’re there). Owners are nice and staff are friendly.”

“It's a Ross so most of the product is run down for one reason or another. This location I one of the cleaner ones I've seen and it still feels messy. Folks here are fine service is standard, but the amount of broken or damaged products on shelves is a little excessive sometimes.

“On Saturday, July 11th, my friend and I purchased items at this Cato’s location. Per usual, the store had an excellent sale and therefore we were able to purchase multiple items at a great price.
The next day, I began to unpack the clothes and jewelry that I purchased. However, I noticed that my favorite pair of earrings was not in the bag. In my home, I searched multiple areas trying to locate that particular item. Finally, I called the store and explained the issue. I spoke to a friendly, kind, professional, and attentive employee by the name of Sochail. She obtained the item number that I provided from the receipt and searched the check out area. However, the earrings were not located. She then utilized the previous information to look up the item in the system. Sochail took the time to search for the item on the jewelry rack. She then requested to place the call on hold, so that she could discuss the issue with her manager. Carol, introduced herself and proceeded to explain then protocol to resolve the issue. She was also extremely professional and kind. Carol, requested that I call back the next day. This would allow her time to discuss the issue with the sales associate.
After the called ended, I began searching for the item again. It was located and I immediately called the store. Carol, answered the phone and I informed her that the earrings had been found. I apologized for any inconvenience that I caused her and Sochail.
Based upon my interactions with the employees, the prices of the clothes and jewelry, I highly recommend this store.
