All the staff is cordial, they communicate well, they evaluate each customers input. Jesse inspected and evaluated all items, the ones that didn't need doing at that time, he gave me the option. Amy is great at scheduling AN APPOINTMENT. This is the first shop I have visited that sets an appt and keeps to the times! Good job. I could tell by talking to everyone at this shop, quality and communication is valued by its management! I plan to use B and C for 90% of the needs my car has in the future.”

“Update, staffer helpful with advice on how to order a special lightbulb for my Mazda. Although AAP did not carry it, staffer made good recommendations. Previous. Six staffers and no one asked to help me when I first arrived. Only after a second customer came in did a staffer come to assist us. AA, you can do a lot better.”
“Set up an appointment and drove in an hour plus. They loaned me a truck to drive while I waited which was appreciated. They did a great job including removing the power output in the bed. Very happy with the work and thought the price was fair. I highly recommend them.”
“I went to about 6 different body shops to receive quotes on replacing body damage. This shop was not the cheapest of them but was most definitely proffesional and very honest. This is something I didn't receive from any of the other body shops. Therefore I spent the extra money for peace of mind that my car was in good hands. Results were great!”

“I started to change the Serpentine belt on my step daughters Forte. I got the old one off and it got dark on me then Ian come through. I called this shop and they completed the job for me and only charged $55. They seem really nice and was easy to work with. I even got my rachet wrench back I left on the tensioner. I’m always impressed thoroughly with the competitive pricing and the customer service I receive. I read a lot of reviews before coming to this place and a lot of people say that the front office staff is not helpful and very rude I have never experienced that problem not once sometimes they’re a little busy but that’s to be expected when you are the best. How could you not be busy but if you call for an appointment they are Jonny on the spot and you always have a good service.”
