“Fun nostalgic place. Old school candy, wooden floors that creak when you walk. 2 levels. Toys and jellies you won't find anywhere else. Books, postcards, magnets, shirts. There's a whole hiking section. Parking deck next door.”

“VERY clean store. All the employees were really nice. I miss all the cookware (used to be over 3 aisles worth and the dog toys used to be 2-3 aisles. That’s why I went to the store a lot was for those items. There was only 3 cashiers and the line was backed up 2 were busting their tales but 1 was walking slowly back and forth to hang hangars she was friendly just not making the check out process quick and efficient. Also nice clearance section.”
“I'm a big Walmart fan especially in this economy. Personally I make the time to compare prices with my favorite grocery store and I always utilize the app for pickup in order to avoid extra spending that inevitably happens when I shop in the store. I do recommend this Walmart.”

“I recently visited the TJ Maxx in Winston-Salem, NC, and I was really impressed with the store. From the moment I walked in, I could tell they take pride in keeping everything neat and organized. The aisles were clear, and products were well-stocked and arranged in an orderly manner, which made shopping so much easier. It was also really easy to find what I was looking for because everything was so well organized.
What stood out to me even more was the level of customer service. As I browsed, multiple sales associates approached me, offering help and making sure I had everything I needed. It's not often you get that kind of attention, and it definitely made the experience more pleasant. The whole store had a great vibe, and it felt like a well-run, welcoming place to shop. I'll definitely be coming back!”
“Just another pick up order. The only thing negative about it was that my items were poorly bagged. Unfortunately my bread was squashed but nothing else was damaged. I place pick up orders from here at least once or twice a month sometimes more and I'm usually very satisfied with it. But there are times that my bags are extremely heavy and not double bagged which has caused the occasional bag to break while I'm carrying it in my house. But overall I am ok with the service. It's better than having to shop myself because I'm physically disabled and it's just difficult for me to do the amount of shopping that I typically do. So I'm really grateful for the pick up service and the fact that it's free is great as well. I do recommend this Walmart just be sure to take additional bags in case you need to double bag and check out any bread products before you leave the store.”
“This is not your typical Walmart. Friendly staff, clean store well organized and appropriately staffed. Enthusiastic and patient help was everywhere we needed it. Did I mention how clean the store is. It's worth the drive for the experience if you are shopping above the necessities.”

“We love Roses! I buy big man jeans, shirts, some groceries, lawn and garden supplies, hardware, and other miscellaneous things at Roses.
The new manager is very friendly, and they have sped up the check-out process, and done many upgrades in the store. Some item prices are untouchable by Roses competitors.
I have to say, I have purchased many brand new items from Roses, that are even cheaper than Goodwill.
In closing, every store along with Amazon has there rightful place, but for me, Roses is my place! Roses, the store to shop, and the place to be!!!”
“Just left Roses Express, Northside. I do frequent this store and they carry a little bit of everything.
At the check out counter I was greeted by a very pleasant cashier. She double bagged my purchases and was just as friendly and polite as she could be!
I asked her name and she told me it was Mia.

“I’ve had a wolf spider issue in my garage and was greeted by Moncia she walked me from end to end of the store telling the difference in each spray and powder and what was pet friendly and not…as I was checking out even the manager came up to ask did I find everything okay and mentioned I looked I looked happy. The staff is top notch and believe it will take care of my problem. Thank you.”
