“The staff was extremely helpful, and quickly resolved a payment issue when I was checking out. After that was all said and done, I went out to my car and it wouldn’t start. A kind gentlemen named John, came out and looked up a video to see if the key fob battery had died and where I could insert it to get the car started (I was driving my father in-laws car.) He realized the key fob wasn’t the issue, and decided to go the extra mile and pop the hood, to find something was loose on the battery. Thanks to his patience and generosity I was able to get my crying toddler home safely. Thank you John for going the extra mile for a stressed out mama, I appreciate your help so much.”
“If you’re doing a job and you run into a moment that you were like “heck, I had lost my bolt!” well there is actually a place that sells everything you can think of if it is got to do with bolts. If they don’t have it, they can get it and they are super cheap. I don’t think I have ever seen a store just for bolts and supplies and didn’t know I needed one until I come across this one.”
