“If you’re doing a job and you run into a moment that you were like “heck, I had lost my bolt!” well there is actually a place that sells everything you can think of if it is got to do with bolts. If they don’t have it, they can get it and they are super cheap. I don’t think I have ever seen a store just for bolts and supplies and didn’t know I needed one until I come across this one.”
“I had such a great experience at Lowe’s today, thanks to Donald! I initially had someone helping me who didn’t seem very interested in assisting me, but thankfully, he connected me with Alejandro, who was willing to help. Donald then went above and beyond! He helped me with the plywood cuts, gave me great suggestions, answered my questions, and even helped me load everything into my car.

“I recently purchased a generator at Harbor Freight for working on replacing my deck. The first day it ran great, but on the next day it would start okay, but after 5 minutes or so it would just shut off. Since it's brand new I thought it was just part of the breaking in process. It was was not however. After starting and stopping 4 or 5 times I knew I had a problem and actually dreaded going back to Harbor Freight to see about a replacement or refund, expecting a huge hassle and back and forth with management. I was wrong to worry or even dread the encounter. I spoke with the manager, Sarah Earnhardt, who couldn't have been more helpful, courteous and understanding about the problem. The one I brought back was unloaded, checked in as returned and a new in the box replacement was brought out and loaded onto my truck. Sarah was an absolute pleasure to do business with during the entire process. I'd give her 6 stars if it was available”
