“Expensive lumper fee but overall good experience. Fast check in, if no line, and unload was pretty quick, right at about an hour for a full trailer. They do have multiple warehouse locations in this area”

I have delivery appointment 9 am I am check in 8 am and check out 9 am they unload my truck with in 1 hours very nice people
No overnight parking but cross the road 7 11 small truck Stop.

I’ve come here many times and they are consistent with getting me in and out. They do allow overnight parking the night before your appt, huge lot.
When you arrive, you have to stage, walk to guard shack, check in, pay lumber, and wait for a call for the door. It normally takes 15-30 minutes to get a door after you’ve paid. Huge yard for docking, just follow the procedures for the yard on the piece of paper you will get.
I would recommend checking in early, that’s how I’ve been able to get in and out faster.
