“Great Bank! Nice people! I was scammed by a Fake check it looked so real but always remember if it sound to good to be true more than likely it's not real. The faurd department got it back. It took time! Thanks u First Citizens Bank and there Faurd department! If it sounds to go to be true then?......... Stay away from 3rd party emails. People always read the terms and conditions. Read little fine print. Because they don't just put your money right back & the scam artist are over seas! IRS don't call police department don't call u saying You are not trouble and about to go to jail with in the next 30mins if u don't pay by card right now. That's not how they got me. They tell u u can work from home and they have u give them information & before u no OH no they get into your emails and it's a3party. I thought it would've happened to me never gave my bank information ! Remember they want stop calling all over seas and the phone number call it back and it doesn't work! It's tax time they really work overtime!”
“Had to wire some $. Got to the bank at 9.00am I was done by 9.10 it was a breeze. This is the 2nd time I have gone to the same Wells Fargo branch. The experience on both occasions were pleasant. Today we were were helped by a nice lady named TONI DONNELLY.
