Although the other party’s insurance did not cooperate at first, CC was more than understanding of the situation and patient with my rescheduling multiple times. They repaired my truck in less than a week once we finally got the ball rolling, and the workmanship and care of the repairs were noticeably better than a different shop we used for another (previous) rear end accident. John was extremely helpful reaching out to the mute insurance company, and remembered the exact repairs for a final walk through. They were also kind enough to clean our weather tech floor mats, as well as the exterior. More than anything, my type A “attention-to-detail” husband was over the moon happy.
