“We stopped by in search of washer/dryer deals and just “gave it a shot” upon entering the beautiful showroom we knew we were going to find over-budget prices…well we were not!! While they did not have a large selection of w/d what they offered were solid appliances and a very competitive price :)
Not only that but the Tim (sales rep) was beyond kind and helpful and he made us feel welcomed and just glad we stopped by. True southern hospitality! We will definitely return to this store often when we are ready to upgrade our builders grade “everything” in our new home.”

“Typical Home Depot store and layout. Easy to find what I needed and they had everything I required for my projects. The staff was super nice. similar to Lowe’s, they now put so many things in the aisle to grab your attention sometimes it’s difficult to get your cart through the aisle. I wish they would open the aisles back up and make it easier for multiple customers to pass through at the same time.”

“Home Depot in Shallotte. I’ve recently moved to the area and have never experienced a Home Depot like the one in Shallotte. I’m made to feel like I’m in a local hardware store - I know the names of employees (Stephanie, Connor) who go out of their way to make you feel like a special customer. Stephanie in particular (sold me washer, dryer and refrigerator) goes above and beyond to engage, guide and advise. And does so in a way that’s very conversational and unrushed.

I’ve been to many Home Depot stores in Massachusetts (my old home state) and I don’t remember much about them except that they are big and unfriendly places.
