“This store in Shallotte is fabulous for its customer service in selling us a quality product. Their associate manager Erin went above and beyond to help my 86 year old mom set up her first iPhone with assistive technology to make it easier for her to use. She also helped me with my new iPhone 17 making sure I didn’t lose any valuable voicemails when I transferred from my old device. Store associate Jared was fantastic as well in selling us the right product and upgrading our plan to put my mom on the family plan. Indira, as a young Hispanic woman who speaks English and Spanish was a huge help as well. We’ve been with T-Mobile for several years now. Derek originally set my husband and I up on the over 55 plan. Best move we ever made now paying an affordable bill for the best service and perks available. We highly recommend the the Shallotte, NC store for all your cellular/internet needs.”
