He had to order the correct battery, which took 2 days. I was originally told the repair would take about a half an hour, which turned out to be over an hour, but all in all I'm very pleased! The cost of the battery and installation was a fraction of what a new phone would have cost”

“Like a lot of people, going into the cell phone providers can make me grumpy. But have no fear, these folks are amazing!My wife and I have been having some problems with our accessibility and our billing. This problem has gone on for several months, and the T-Mobile store we had been doing business with—not this one!—and the customer service operators were unable to get my problems sorted out.We went into the Shallotte location, expecting to be unhappy when we left, but we were fortunate enough to waited on by Indira! She helped my wife and for 2 1/2 hours, and she was able to get ALL of our problems sorted out. She absolutely went above and beyond to take care of our problems, all while remaining calm, cool and collected. She never made us feel like we were abusing her time, and she never stopped being friendly. I can’t thank her enough!I also have to say, all of the employees, were very friendly to customers they were taking care of.TLDR: If you are interested in trying T-Mobile, go to the Shallotte location, they have your back!”

“Pretty standard boring cell store. Lol. These almost feel like relics now. You can do everything online and without an employee being forced to try and upsell you. That being said, people inside were nice..”
