One a delivery item to a relative already in the system and two a 4-order Amazon return with items separated by numbered QR return-code on my phone. On both occasions is was toward the later quarter of the work day and the young man was working orders when I entered. I was acknowledged and in a timely manner was met at the counter. “I want to thank the manager at Office Max in Shallotte. I was having a problem with prints that would smear when I printed my vinyl labels on a HP Echo Tank printer that I bought about a year ago at another store. He was very accommodating and answered all of my questions about an Epson printer that i was considering. I did a little research about what I needed for my next printer, and Epson was the only company who stated that their inks were fast to dry, so I thought that I would give them a try this time. I was pleasantly surprised that after a test print of my labels, there was no smearing at all. Thank you again for all your input.”
