“I want to thank the manager at Office Max in Shallotte. I was having a problem with prints that would smear when I printed my vinyl labels on a HP Echo Tank printer that I bought about a year ago at another store. He was very accommodating and answered all of my questions about an Epson printer that i was considering. I did a little research about what I needed for my next printer, and Epson was the only company who stated that their inks were fast to dry, so I thought that I would give them a try this time. I was pleasantly surprised that after a test print of my labels, there was no smearing at all. Thank you again for all your input.”

“We just dropped off a return. We are at our beach house and didn’t have packing tape or brown paper to wrap the box in. We picked up a grocery bag at Food Lion and were hoping an agent would loan us scissors and tape. The nicest guy, Timothy , said not to worry about wrapping it up. He said he would take care of packaging it up for us. What an act of kindness!!! After an experience with a rude receptionist at Emerge Ortho, this experience confirmed my belief there are still kind people in this world. Thank you Timothy for being such an awesome UPS employee!
